What is a Postpartum Doula ?
A Postpartum Doula is a professional who is trained and certified to assist with postpartum needs and mental health of the "entire" family. We are here to aid and guide with bonding, infant care, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, bathing, naps, personal time, and overall wellness of the parents, siblings and infant.
